Business and human rights

  • We conduct tailored webinars, training and workshops on corporate human rights responsibility including key concepts, relevance, benefits, first steps, and challenging country contexts.

  • We support companies in integrating a human rights commitment into their existing policies or in formulating specific human rights policies.   

  • We support companies in identifying and assessing their human rights risks. This can be done for the whole company, in relation to a specific area of business operations or in a specific geographical context.

  • Human rights risk management and monitoring: We support companies in developing human rights risk management and monitoring. Emphasis is given to the prevention and mitigation of most significant human rights impacts.

  • We carry out human rights impact assessments focusing e.g. on business operations, products, or country contexts. The assessments provide comprehensive analyses, conclusions, and recommendations for follow-up actions.

  • We support companies in developing functioning and safe channels for employees and other stakeholders to report on human rights risks and impacts, or related concerns.

Business and biodiversity

  • We conduct training and workshops on the relationship of business to biodiversity. The training provides an understanding on the linkages between the company’s business activities and biodiversity, and support planning of follow-up actions.

  • We conduct analyses on business impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities related to biodiversity. These analyses help companies in identifying e.g. their most significant impacts and planning related mitigation measures.
